Dendeng Paru | Dried Beef Lung

Ingredients:
  • 750 gr beef lung

Finely Pounded spices into paste:

  • 8 cloves gralic
  • 5 tbs coriander, fried w/o oil
  • 10 shallots
  • 1 1/2 tbs salt

How To:

  • Bring to boil beef lung until tender, cut into 1/2 cm thick.
  • Marinated beef lung with spices paste.
  • Dried beef lung under the sun.
  • Deep fried beef lung until crisp.
